Order Processing Times

Please allow 2-3 business days after orders are placed for shipping confirmation. All of our candy and caramel apples are made fresh to order the same day that they ship out. We do not have backstock of our apples. They are made specific and fresh for every order placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of the items we sell, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Bulk Orders

Any orders over 200 gourmet apples will require one extra business day for packing and shipping purposes. Any orders over 50 apples or by the shipping type Next Day Air can be subject to review and price clarification, which may result in an invoice for additional fees prior to your order being shipped.

Please be advised that our bakery offers products that may contain: Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Dairy, Eggs and Wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination (cleaning and sanitization and separating the prep, cooking and storage processes of gourmet treats made with these allergens), we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. The Candi Queen, LLC will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products.
